There’s a quotation we heard once, and we really like it. It goes something like this:
“Trust is like a vase... once it's broken, though you can fix it, the vase will never be same again.”
Oddly enough, we look at every relationship we have with a family or individual we serve as a precious, priceless vase – and you can be sure that we don’t want to break it. We don’t even want to chip a corner, or crack it.
That’s why we’ve developed a set of five rules, or guidelines, for each of our staff members to follow:
1. Ensure our clients understand exactly what we will do for him or her.
2. Help clients understand the cremation process.
3. Review our agreement in detail, prior to signing.
4. Don’t allow interruptions during our time together.
5. Keep our agreements.
Families in the area have turned to us time-and-again, when they have need of our services. That’s because we treat them with care, and do everything we must to guarantee that our priceless relationship is never damaged.
Call us to learn how important we know trust to be: it’s the foundation of any strong relationship. In fact, “without trust there is nothing.”
